APx Women’s Only Modified CrossFit is our twice weekly fat shredding class designed especially for women who are ready to look and feel their very best and do it in a ladies only setting. This specially designed class held Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30AM is where women can get the body defining benefits that CrossFit woman are famous for and do it without lifting heavy weights.
